Express - For those with a very busy schedule. This professional level of coaching fits in perfectly. Touch Tutor - To improve your Professional Massage Skills. A one-on–one massage session to gain insight and awareness of your work and approach. An important and necessary form of continuing education. Skills such as: communication -- techniques -- body mechanics -- session closure – rebooking and retention.

Clinical Supervision -is a valuable resource for assessing and monitoring the therapeutic relationship between yourself and your clients. Supervision creates a setting for self-care, support and nurturance. It assists in maintaining ethical boundaries and preventing burn-out. Short or long term supervision is available.

  Massage Management Programs offers professional consulting to Massage Therapists. It was established
in the year 2000, out of the growing need to assist the many therapists in this emerging profession.
Ms. Flynn has been involved with Massage since 1976. As a professional dancer, it was necessity not a luxury
for her to maintain her performance career. She retired from the dance profession and in 1991, began her next
career as a Licensed Massage Therapist.
Kerrie founded and directed “Keep In Touch—Center for Therapeutic Massage”, in 1991. The center provided
Massage Therapy to the community and also offered Classes in Infant Massage Instruction, Yoga, Certified Lamaze,
Tai Chi and other various workshops for self-improvement. It staffed 10 —12 therapists, several teachers and an
administrative staff. She successfully sold her practice in 2000.

She was on faculty since 1995 at The New York College of Health Professions, where she had developed NYS
college accredited curriculums and taught courses for Professional Development, Business Management for
Health Care Professionals, Medical Ethics and Massage Technique courses such as Swedish, Orthopedic -
Medical Massage and Sports Massage.
She presently maintains her private practice of Sports Massage & Flexibility Training and occasionally participates
on Professional National and International Sports Massage Teams. Kerrie was chosen and proudly participated on
the Athens Health Services Sports Massage Team for the 2004 Summer Olympic Games in Athens, Greece.
Kerrie Flynn was on the Board of Directors as the Vice -President (2003 -2005) and the Medical Massage Director
(2001- 2003) of The NYS Society of Medical Massage Therapists, Inc. The first non-profit professional massage
organization in the USA, established in 1927.
